The Code of Conduct provides the framework for behaviour and reflection for teaching, non-teaching, administrative staff and students.

The code describes the values that govern the way people work and study at the college/institute.

The code enables these individuals to act independently in a responsible manner accourding to the college/institute values.

The Code of counduct also provides transparency to the public; our teaching staff operates within a clear ethical frmework and people know what they can expect in their dealings with our teaching staff, specifile rules of counduct have been laid dwon in individual regulation, the reputation of the college/institute depends on the acdemic profemance as well as on behaviour of the teaching, non-teaching, administrative staff and students.

It is universally felt that the status of the teaching profession needs to be raised to ensure its dignity and intergrily.

Accordingly, it is considered necessary that there should be a code of ethics which may be evolved by the teaching community itself for its guidance.

There are five major areas fo professional activities which encompass the work of a teacher. for each of these areas, certain principles have been identified to serve as guidelines for teacher’s conduct.

The MASWE has formulated code of Conduct for teaching, non-teaching administrative staff and students in soical work colleges in Maharashtra to imporve overall development of all teaching and non-teaching staff by creating effective teaching-learning atmosphere as per the rules of UGC, Maharashtra Public University Act 2016 and 7th Pay GR for teachers.

It Promotes professional behaviours and academic integrity. The pupose of this code of conduct is to make the teachers familiar about the rules and regulations of the UGC, University and particular College/institue and to progress towards the achievement of the mission and vission of the particular college/institute
