Membership & Guidelines

  • Any person of this field who has completed his 21 years of age, can become the member of the society.
  • He/she will have to apply for the membership along with the membership Fees advance.
  • The membership will be confirmed subject to the approval of the Executive Committee of the Society.

Organizational Structure

The association operates through a structured and democratic framework to ensure smooth functioning, transparency, and active participation of its members.

The office bearers- President, Vice-President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer,Executive Commitee members.

Amendements & Dissolution

Any amendment to the Rules and Regulations shall be passed by 3/5th majority in Annual General Body meeting as per the provisions of section 12 of the Societies Registration Act. 1860.

DISSOLUTION :- The Society shall be dissolved by 3/5th of the majority in the General Body Meeting as per the provisions of the Sections 13 Registration Act, 1860.

Meetings & Procedures

NOTICE AND QUORUM OF THE GENERAL BODY MEETING :- All the meeting will be called by the General Secretary or the President. Notice for the Annual General Body Meeting will be sent before 15 days with full details of place, Date, Time, and Subject. Notice should be served by dakbook or by registered post. The Quorum for the Annual General Body Meeting will be 2/3rd of the Society’s total members, The Quorum will not be necessary for the adjourned meeting but such note should be given in the Notice.

SPECIAL GENERAL BODY MEETING, IT’S POWER AND DUTIES :- The Special General Body Meeting will be held as and when necessary. The Powers and duties will be as per the Annual General Body Meeting.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING AND REQUISITION MEETING :- Meeting of the Executive Committee may be called as and when necessary. Requisition Meeting shall be called on a written request of 2/3rd members of the General Body within 15 days from the request Notice.

Roles & Responsibilities

Power & Duties of Annual General Body-

The Annual General Body Meeting of Society shall be held every year. The following business will be transacted at the Annual General Meeting-

To consider & Pass the yearly accounts

To adopt the budget estimates of the ensuing year

To amend the Rules & Regulations, if necessary

To hold election of the executive Commitee after every 3 yrs.

Any other business with the permission of the year
